Grooming Policy

1. ALL CLIENTS AND STAFF MUST ADHERE TO THESE RULES.

2. Staff will not tolerate abuse from clients or other staff members

3. Please express any concerns calmly.

4. Our groomers follow animal care and safety guidelines in the best interest of your pet. We strive to meet client needs but prioritize pet well-being over aesthetics.

5. Behavioral issues, pets will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to decline service to any pet we dee, too aggressive/fearful to ensure safety.

6. A muzzle may be required for snappy pets to ensure the safety of both groomer and pet.

7. If a pet is too aggressive/fearful or stressed, we may discontinue the service and full payment of service is required.

8. Payment is required for any unfinished grooming, reflecting appointment booked.

9. An additional fee will apply if an extra groomer is required for uncontrollable pets.

10. 50% payments are due upon time of booking. We operate as a business, not a charity.

11. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice. 

12. Cancellations minimum 48 hours in advance of your appointment 

13. NO-SHOWS. Your appointment will be held for 15 minutes from the time of booking slot, not 1 minute longer. No refund on your booking fee (serviced booked). To our discretion to only charge main service and remove add on services.

14. All clients and pets details must be provided.

15. If we need to contact pet owners about clipping or shaving due to coat condition and cannot reach them, we reserve the tight to groom as necessary for the pet's health and safety.

16. Another person can be nominated to collect your pet. Identification of that nominated person must be provided and we must be notified of person.

17. A release form must be signed before grooming commences. If not completed, your pet will be decline of our services.

18. At any stage your pet is nicked/cut by us and requires vet care, you have 24 hours to receive that vet care at our vet and we may pay for the vet care retaining only to the injury. We will not cover any injuries due to sever matted pets. Every precaution is taken to prevent.

19. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment

20. You must collect your pet 30 minutes after you have been notified that your pet is ready

21. All dogs must be on leads entry and leaving the salon

22. Taxi Service- all dogs must have a harness and lead for transport. If pet is not cage trained, please let us know.
